KEO has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Saudi Women Engineers Society (SWES), supporting Saudi women engineers as they build their careers and contribute to the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 ambitions.
Signed by Greg Karpinski, COO & Partner at KEO, and Alshaima Abdullah Alshayeb, Founder & Chairwoman of SWES, the partnership opens the door to mentorship, professional development, and industry exposure.
For us, this is about supporting local talent in a practical way, giving emerging Saudi engineers the opportunity to learn, connect, and grow alongside experienced multidisciplinary teams working across the Kingdom.
