The report also provides a more complete picture of our environmental footprint and shares the findings of our first double materiality assessment. It explores how responsible AI and ethical business practices guide our work, alongside our investment in learning and wellbeing. In 2025, this included 21,789 training hours and the expansion of the KEO Graduate Program into the UAE, strengthening the expertise behind our delivery.
