CVU Future Project Award of Excellence 2026: U-View Tower

Our award-winning U-View Tower continues to make waves on the global stage, this time receiving the 2026 Future Project Award of Excellence from the Council on Vertical Urbanism (CVU).

Rising above Jeddah Corniche, the 260-meter mixed-use development draws inspiration from the Red Sea's coral ecosystems, with its distinctive "Porifera" design creating a striking architectural identity rooted in place. Organic forms, sculpted voids, and a high-performance façade come together to create a tower that is both visually iconic and environmentally responsive.

Recognized for projects shaping the future of cities, the CVU award celebrates developments that deliver long-term urban value through innovation, sustainability, and design excellence.
