The DAMAC Towers by Paramount

This development is on a 11,690m2 circular
island site located in the Burj Area of Dubai. The configuration of the development includes a ground floor, an eight-level parking podium for over 2,000 vehicles having of four 250 meters towers built around a common podium. The shape of the towers flows naturally from the circular podium and designed to provide the best viewing vantages for the apartments.

The centerpiece tower is the Paramount Hotel. In true Hollywood style, the hotel has 823 rooms and themed suites, all influenced by the Paramount Pictures’ talent for sophisticated
design and creative entertainment. The other three towers are made up of 1,800 1-, 2-, and 3- bedroom serviced apartments. The podium has an all-day dining restaurant on each tower base, along with retail outlets. The amenities provided on the deck of the podium include two large swimming pools shared between the four towers with each tower having its own spa, gym, and meeting facilities.

A flowing veil became the inspiration for the form of the towers interpreted both in plan and in elevation.
