KEO Wins at the Mentl Awards 2025!

KEO has been recognized across multiple categories at the Mentl Awards 2025, a regional platform that highlights organizations building workplaces where people are supported, valued and able to grow.

KEO received four wins:

• Best Mental Health & Well-Being Initiative – Kuwait

• Best Mental Health & Well-Being Initiative – Bahrain

• Best Mental Health & Well-Being Initiative – Qatar

• Most Impactful Financial Literacy Project

We were also recognized with High Commendations for:

• Outstanding Wellbeing Support in Construction

• Best Wellbeing & Support in HR & Talent Management

These awards reflect the everyday efforts of our teams, the people who check in, create safe spaces, offer guidance, build awareness, and make wellbeing part of how we work. From counselling access and Mental Health First Aiders to financial literacy programs and flexible support, these initiatives only succeed because our people bring them to life.

With more than 400 attendees gathering from across the region, the event was a strong reminder that meaningful wellbeing work is happening everywhere, and KEO is contributing to that momentum.
