KEO Appoints Kamal Natour as General Manager for Saudi Arabia and Managing Director of OPTIMA

KEO has appointed Kamal Natour as General Manager for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Managing Director of OPTIMA, effective immediately.

Based in KEO's Riyadh office, Natour brings more than two decades of construction supervision, project management, and business development experience across the Middle East.

He joins KEO with a career where he was with EGIS, as Regional Director, successfully managing large-scale construction supervision and project management consultant (PMC) programs across diverse sectors. Prior to EGIS, Natour held senior leadership roles at international consultancies leading major infrastructure and development projects throughout the Kingdom.

He holds a Master of Science in Water and Environmental Engineering from the University of Surrey and maintains professional accreditation with the Saudi Council of Engineers.

In his dual role, Natour will drive KEO's continued expansion in Saudi Arabia while leading OPTIMA's growth across the region. OPTIMA, KEO's facility management consultancy, delivers innovative solutions for asset optimization and operational efficiency. "KEO has always been well-regarded in the market," said Natour.
