ZonesCorp, an Abu Dhabi Ports company, is an economic development organization and largest operator of purpose-built Economic zones in the UAE

Rahayel City, 50-hectare site, the first in the region, offers an ecosystem to accommodate a full range of auto-related businesses and supporting services such as showrooms, service centers and workshops, auction houses, sector-based regulatory and governing bodies, lifestyle retail and entertainment outlets.

KEO, along with its Allied Practices, InSite and C-Quest, was engaged over a five-year period to provide on- going master planning, infrastructure engineering, landscape, and architectural design services to meet the ZonesCorp roll out of Rahayel City and onboarding of investors.

The main body of services included:
Revised Urban and Infrastructure Master Plan entire site.

• Detailed Designs of core & shell super structures for used car showrooms - 10 typologies. 190 showrooms
• Construction Management and Supervision of Area 9 infrastructure, public realm, and structures.
