Rahayel City, 50-hectare site, the first in the region, offers an ecosystem to accommodate a full range of auto-related businesses and supporting services such as showrooms, service centers and workshops, auction houses, sector-based regulatory and governing bodies, lifestyle retail and entertainment outlets.

KEO, along with its Allied Practices, InSite and C-Quest, was engaged over a five-year period to provide on- going master planning, infrastructure engineering, landscape, and architectural design services to meet the ZonesCorp roll out of Rahayel City and onboarding of investors.
