Grand Zone Residential Complex

The mid-density residential complex is located adjacent to a major high-end shopping mall,
the Mall of Qatar and an International School. The site plan of the complex has direct road access to a network of major arterial roads yet also providing direct pedestrian access to the Mall of Qatar via the covered High Street to the south. The residential towers are organized into 3 clusters, each cluster Is self-contained with its own parking and amenity spaces such as, community gardens, swimming pools, and gyms. Each cluster is arranged around a courtyard with facades that use bold colors evoking a lively environment. The 15 towers include a mix of studio, 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom apartment units that provides for a total of 1,023 residential units.

Each tower has its own luxury lobby that are well appointed. The residential towers have many technology driven features including up to date building automation systems for security, lighting and climate control.

The Residential Complex includes a School and an Energy Center. The project went through a two-phase process. Completion of Concept and Schematic Design of the Residential Towers, a School and Energy Center that went for D/B tendering. KEO Then provided full detailed design services novated to a Design Build Contractor. KEO was also appointed as the construction supervisor by the client for the Residential Complex, School and Energy Center.
