Signature 18-hole Championship Golf Courses set within exclusive residential communities in the heart of the Qiddiya development, just outside Riyadh.

The Qiddiya Golf Development is situated on a 1,230-hectare land parcel and the Public Golf Development on an adjacent 550-hectare parcel, The development, located 45km southwest of Riyadh, is a mix of residential and commercial properties situated within and around a championship golf course inspired by sensitive integration to its natural environment of mountains and wadis.

The development will have two signature Golf Courses created by the legendary Jack Nicklaus and Sir Nick Faldo. Each set within exclusive villas, hotels, country clubs and community facilities intertwined throughout the golfing areas.

KEO was commissioned to undertake the full design development of the infrastructure (Utilities and Transportation) for both Golf Courses and residential developments.

KEO Allied Partners of InSite and C-Quest were key support partners to the delivery of the project and were engaged to provide Landscape Design for the Golf Courses and Cost Consultancy Services for the Development.

KEO’s services include construction supervision for the advance earthworks’ contracts and the tendered infrastructure and Landscaping Contracts.
